Refunds and cancellations

Everything on Made for This Day is a digital download: a PDF, or a zip of PDFs. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to send back. This page says when you can cancel and get your money back. The seller is Delaware Goods Company LLC.

When something is wrong

We refund the full price if what you bought does not work as described and we cannot put it right, if it never reached you, or if you were charged twice. Contact us through the Contact page and tell us what happened. If you are in the EU or the UK, the law also gives you a legal guarantee that digital content is as described and fit for its normal purposes, and this page does not reduce it.

Changing your mind

Your download is ready the moment you pay. So at checkout we ask you to tick one box. It asks us to deliver now, and says you understand that once delivery has begun you lose your right to cancel just because you changed your mind. Your download link is available as soon as you pay, so delivery begins then. We confirm this by email. Once delivery has begun we do not refund a change of mind; “When something is wrong” above still applies.

If you are in the EU or the UK

You can cancel within 14 days of buying and we refund you in full if any of these is true: checkout did not ask you to agree to the box above, we did not email you a confirmation of it, or we did not tell you about your right to cancel before you bought. If we did not tell you about this right before you bought, your time to cancel can run for up to 12 months longer.

How to cancel

1. Contact us through the Contact page, or write to the postal address below, saying you want to cancel, with the email address you used at checkout and which product you bought.
2. You can use the form below, but you do not have to.
3. We refund to the card or account you paid with, without undue delay and within 14 days of the day you tell us.
